I would topcoat with cnd shellac topcoat as normal then use the matte topcoat on top to avoid service breakdown X

No it's my favourite so far. I've just fully converted over to it and bought all of their colours.

You can get it on eBay. Just type broken glass effect and it will come up it comes in big piece you need to cut up and stick on nails
