Very clever! I tried to do some nail art with Vinylux the other day but find that the coverage is too sheer first coat and if I try to add another coat on small detail like your picture it all goes horribly wrong. Do you have any tips??

On the feature nails I did Bicycle Yellow all over since it is the least pigmented of all those, then striped them with the others. This may be a no-no to some people but instead of decanting some polish onto a foil, I dip my striper directly in the bottle. It goes faster that way so I don't feel bad leaving it unsealed. I do pop the cap on but don't screw it on. Putting it on a tile for anything detailed just dries out too quickly for me to work and I'd have to keep opening the bottle for more to decant over and over anyway. And also, like when applying Vinlyux like normal, I get a good bit on the brush and glide or float it. HTH!.
