Did u make these yourself
No the donuts are courtesy of Tesco, found in the freezer section. My mum made the caramel sauce though

Freezer section?!! Do you put them in the microwave? These sound like one of them naughty treats you hide in the freezer for a full on binge attack

Yeah the free from freezer section in tesco is full of goodies! Had to leave them to defrost at room temp for 3mins then put them in the microwave so they were warm

Are you coeliac? Or is it another intolerance?

Did you find it hard adjusting? I've been diagnosed coeliacs but only mild and it's only certain things set it off but can't pin point it exactly as I'm trying to stick with similar foods but it's hard to figure out!

Chicken and broccoli mash potatoe topped pie is today's dinner :)

I got fish chips and peas frozen type [emoji736][emoji736][emoji736][emoji736]

The hardest thing I found was not being able to get food on the go, like grabbing a sandwich when shopping. But otherwise it made me feel so much better not eating it that I didn't mind. My sister is coeliac and reacts quite severely so between us we manage it pretty well x

Have you been tested for it? Cos my sisters got it aswell and she's a lot worse than me you both sound similar to me and my sister! The consultant said to me to stick to it when I'm home but cos I'm only mild he said whenever I eat out he said there's not really a need to stick to it as a little doesn't really effect me! He was also saying that even some of the free from ranges have still got gluten in it something like 8 molecules to a million molecules or something like that!

I love my desserts and Yorkshire puddings! You got any good dessert recipes? Do you tend to make things from scratch or do you just get the free from ranges? I very rarely eat bread so that isn't really a necessity I can go without that but I know the genius breads the best!

Does your sister get stuff on prescription?

I feel for u guys must be hard does the fact you can't have certain stuff make u want it more??

You can be really bad with coeliacs and your not sure how you can react I was being sick quiet a bit and that's stopped after I had my camera down for a biopsy I've not seen the dietician yet so not started eating gluten free yet! I'm only mild so if I've eaten something that reacts with me I need the toilet after about two hours which isn't too bad as people can be violent sick or have the runs and things so I'm quiet lucky tbh!

My consultant said to go gluten free but if I go out I can kind of eat what I want

I'm more scared of putting the weight back on that I've lost if I stick to a gluten free diet because there's more like sugar and fat and things substituted!

It doesn't make me want what I can't have because I would just eat it anyway! Shouldn't do but I do

Do you like the taste of the free from stuff
I think I would just go without! I don't like the taste of the pasta it's different I got some in a hamper once and tried it was so different

I had a blood test, but it can't have been an accurate result because for a coeliac test you have to still be eating gluten. I'd been going without for months by then, so I don't know for sure if I am coeliac or not.
I start with stomach cramps and feeling sick, then upset stomach and headaches, tiredness the next day. My sister though is sick within like 30mins of eating gluten and won't stop until it's all out her system, she'll then be really ill the next day.

I think the worst thing is in sauces and stuff as a hidden ingredient. I never knew it was in soy sauce! But there's a really good alternative called Tamari sauce.
I don't mind the taste of the free from alternatives. Some of the bread is rubbish, and biscuits and things are a lot crunchier. But generally it's ok, pasta needs to be cooked a lot longer than gluten pasta!

Tbh I've not really tried much stuff like I don't eat bread so not tried it I tried a cake and it was just dry! Marks and Spencer's do these tubs with like chocolate rice crispies a layer of caramel and then a layer of chocolate bites they are really yummy and I can't really taste the difference in them! I've had gluten free corn flakes and couldn't tell!

I had the blood test and it was slightly raised so went for s biopsy, where as my sisters came back under mine but she's a lot worse than me she's on a gluten free diet and she's still constantly on the toilet but if she eats something normal she's really sick!

I've got a really sweet tooth what do you like the best? Them donuts looked yummy!
