Look at my dinner I made up roasted vegetable packet couscous and added a chopped up red onion a tub of olives mixed with feta cheese and some spinach. Back on the diet. I had the Chinese on Saturday then Sunday a nandos feel rotten. Honestly where I've been so good the bad food has made me feel so ill
 
Steak! So yummy! Nandos isn't that bad if you do it right!
 
I couldn't do it right if I tried I had half a chicken medium with chips rice coleslaw and lots of perinaise
 
Take the coleslaw of and the perinaise and it would be alright! Haha
