No lol he didn't use any fat in it I was a little baffled no marg butter oil nothing
 
Went out for a family birthday. Had duck spring rolls followed by chicken Thai curry.

All delish. But. Went to have a few drinks out. And I feel ridiculously bloated and gross... Definitely not the last one standing.
 
I know Grace, I can expand by literally 4/5" round the waist after 1 meal depending what's in it

So depressing but at least it's not permanent
 
I've had a good couple of days food wise [emoji85]

Friday tea - chips egg fried rice ok sauce
Saturday dinner- chips beans and cheese
Saturday tea - rib of beef with bbq pulled pork and chips followed by creme brûlée
Sunday tea - plain chicken burger with cheese and chips with perinaise and peri tamer from nandos!

Forgot to take pictures tho sorry guys!

Its wheat for me
Low/no carbs keeps my tummy flat(ter)
I thought that was the case for me but now I don't eat it (try not to eat it) it's still the same!

making pasta, always put loads of spinach in it as it just shrivels up but you still get all the goodness!
 
Eating Chinese! But not my usual Chinese shop so not impressed!
 
Dads special tonight.
Sausage (home grown piggies) roast pots, carrots, onions and gravy. All in one roasting tin.

Overcooked sausages. Al denté carrots and potatoes
 
Sounds yummy! Wish I liked potatoes again!
