I feel fine in myself and my pain is controllable it's just the fact I can't drive so I've got another sick note for another two weeks! @Emm87

It was a medium chicken nugget meal I had only had my breakfast about an hour before! @CocoAllure

Ergh no I've had really bad experiences with the breakfasts! I hate sausages I've totally gone of them recently for some reason and not sure why and everytime I've had a mcmuffin I've always got a piece of egg shell @cams97

I had a choppy for my tea! Chips cheese and beans yummmmm I'm loving this healthy eating too @Emm87 getting in all the bad stuff before I have to see the consultant and the dietician next week

Moved in on Friday!! No internet or 3G. Driving me mad!

It was beef. Delish. We got it direct from farmer.

Veg was a let down. Literally only had runner beans and broccoli in the freezer.

Pretty much. Today is first day I've left dogs.

Written my food plan and off grocery shopping for it tonight. Never been shopping straight after work. Better not be busy! Downside to living miles away from the supermarket!!
