Today!!! I had a client booked in for a "firm massage" 10 minutes into it- sorry love is this just a warm up? your other therapist does it better! May I add he turned up 10 mins late, insulted the music playing and insisted on listening to his own music through his headphones. No candles or soppy music as he called it as it distracts him from the pain?!?! I used my body weight with elbows and forearm to which he said was "weak". I advised him he needs to see a chiropractor if he wants it super firm, as we don't have machinal massage at my salon. He then threw £20 at me and he was sorry for wasting my time. He absolutely stunk so was glad to get rid of him! Rant over!!
