Hi i have just started up hairdressing again and would like to know which is the best peroxide to use? basically i am toning down a friends hair she bleached it at home and it is a hideous brassy yellow/apricot color!! i though a wella color touch 7/1 would be ok as she wants to be more natural but which wella color touch creme lotion do i use? its been a while sorry! i am buying from a site and all they have is wella color touch creme lotion 1.9% wella color touch plus creme lotion 4%which would be best the 4% or the 1.9%??? please be kind thanks xx
