IndeedI would do one of 2 things;
1# Charge 3 weeks even if its 1 day over 2 weeks.
2# When che comes in the next time at 2 weeks & 6 days, I would say,
I'm very sorry but we cant fit you in today, but we have an opening tomorrow! => LOL :green: good trick
That should fix her, what a rude cheap customer!
I really feel sooo much more confident after reading all of this. When you don,t have a clue how others work and a customer tells you that *all* the others work like that i am ...are they ?
