Hi Geeks,
I have been doing the 5:2 since May.
I have lost 2 stone since.
It has many health benefits & is supposed to be a way of life rather then an on off diet. I took a break over Christmas (how could I not?!) I find I appreciate food much more & sometimes I find myself looking forward to the fast days!
I normally don't eat anything throughout the day & have a weight watchers meal for dinner. I love dinners so I find this works best for me x
I think I would be the same to be honest as I very rarely eat breakfast anyway, so I think if I drink enough during the day I might be able to manage with just a dinner! Will have to find some 500 calorie meal ideas too xx
