Yes i do have problems with lifting thats why i thought i would refund her, but i am adamant that i did my prep properly

ah ..... what problems? where about on the nails ? cuticle ? sidewalls? after how long?

try to call your distrib as they may recommand you someone, or call the institute you trained with

i have problems with lifting around the outer edge normally after about a week

I used to have problem with lifting around edges. I found my ratio was too wet and product was running onto surrounding skin.
When I changed this, it fixed the problem.
