You've misunderstood her as much as shes misunderstood you apparently. Why dont you just drop it as your only making it ten times worse and yourself more unprofessional.
Neither of you are apologising and one for the fact Ethos is no longer using this site because of the silly tat tale blog written about her from you! As a professional she feels it unappropriate to be negative over someone elses advise. She also felt with the limited information given off the first poster she gave advice appropriate to the info she had. Which as written in several more comments after the first two are based on the presumption that the bride had paid upfront for the entire trial and wedding day.
It dosnt matter whos client this is or the fact her name isnt mentioned. The simple fact clients use this site shouls be enough to make us think what we write about them and how we behave!
