Hey ladies, a customers just sent me this pic of her nail. As you can see the gel polish has chipped after I only applied Thurs evening. She said she picked up some toys and they chipped like this and would like me to redo them for free. I am a little suspicious as they look as though they have been picked...especially by the cuticle. What are your opinions please, does it look like an error in have made, or customer damage?

Looks to me like the product was touching skin at the cuticle, there appears to be a ridge in the product perfectly in line with the skin shape. The free edge chipping is hard to determine but it looks like it come loose down the right hand side towards the missing piece by the sidewall half way down. If that is loose then it looks like it wasn't well adhered in the first place.

It's hard to tell from the pictures though

Um personally i would say you didn't do a good job I would re do them. The product is too close to the skin and not evenly applied
