There are pros & cons of keeping her as a client as well as not seeing her again.

Only you can decide whether you want to keep her on your books. If you do, it sounds like you need to toughen up on your business terms. By that I mean, as already suggested don't be at her beck & call. It's your business so you set the terms.

If an appointment is at 10.30 then it should be at that time. If she cancels last minute, introduce a cancellation policy. You'd be surprised how much that cuts down on being messed around.

Dentists don't take any nonsense from patients so why should us therapists?

OH DEAR ha ha ha . . PMSL!!

well that was handy, she did her own treatment, well I suppose you could look on the bright side and say it saved you the job. Perhaps you could just drop the spray, etc off at her place next time, charge her an hourly rate for usage and go off to your next client then return later to collect it. Then you wouldn't have to waste time making conversation with the woman, she sounds a right div.

You have the patience of a saint!

If you decide to keep her as a client I would tell her that you're putting your prices up in the New Year. That way at least all the aggro will be worth your while. ( or she might decide you're too expensive and look elsewhere, in which case good riddance! )

HA HA HA HA!! Fab idea lol I am going to have to try that one. She did ask my if i could spray her with the touch up tan from fake bake  ,The whole body!!
She told me that lots of girls had come to her previously and have put their prices up to £35!! I'm guessing they had the same idea. I will get rid of her after xmas as i really need the money right now as im off on holiday for xmas 4 2 weeks. So every little helps. Then i will be putting the prices up to £50 a full body ha ha this should scare her away :green:

This is so true hun i totally agree with you here.
The thing with me is there is no inbetween. I can be nice or nasty, so im working on it and now i am going out of my way to not give her the appointment she wants. I have told her i am very busy and if she cancels again then i will charge her or possibly take her off my books as she is costing me money. She got the hump but it's tough. I am so lucky to have a lovely bunch of clients that cause me no hassle at all , so to be honest i would much rather be giving my time and effort to them!
