Appointment diary "offline" mobile app

Greetings from Italy!
I am a self employed hair stylist from Rome. I am looking for iOS application to manage my client appointments. There are tons of ONLINE booking systems (like shedul) but such systems are not suitable for me. I prefer doing things in an old fashioned way: making appointments when meeting my clients or by client's calling me on the phone. Therefore I need an offline diary app for iPhone with client info and reminders about upcoming appointments. I use currently "Customer Appointments Lite" app which I found on Apple Store, but it is limited to 10 customers because it is a free version of a paid app. I like the app and going to buy the full version (which is pretty cheap) but would like to try out some other options if there are any, so please can you tell about your favorite appointment apps. TIA.

Ovatu is an online system but likewise, it works offline too and just syncs up whenever it picks up an internet connection.
The problem with truly offline solutions is if the app breaks - you'll lose all your info with no backups.

All iOS app's data is backed up to iCloud by default AFAIK. Of course I will need to make restoration manually if something goes wrong.
