Well i`m doing just fine and dandy at the mo, I do have a lot of clients and all tend to be, as i call rolling clients, so i`ve always got lots of appointments pre booked.

i'm pretty much the same.
i have just 1 spare appointment this week .
none next week though.

This time of year is always the same for me. January is one of the quietest months of the year, then it starts to pick up mid-february. A lot of people got paid early in december then don't get paid again until end january so its not a surprise. It always ticks over even in the quiet months so I can't complain. Starting to get busier now, once half-term is out of the way and people have a bit more spare cash they start treating themselves.

If it gets a bit quiet it is a good time to start cross-promotions. Maybe a free mini-manicure or brow shape with every luxury pedicure. Doesn't cost much as you can do the mini treatment while their toes dry or feet soak but it shows off other treatments you have available.

Well, my business is pretty steady now alll year round, the same old faces as the last few years plus a few new ones recently on recommendation which is always nice, so I'm almost working to capacity . . . it makes taking a holiday a complete nightmare.

I'm off this week for half term, which I'm seriously enjoying, but last week and next week are now as mental as the week before Christmas. So I've ticked the rushed off my feet box because, even without me taking the week off, work is pretty frantic.

I know I'm lucky to be so busy and I cherish my lovely clients :hug:

January was very quiet but this month has been nutty already. I'm working on figuring out which days I can stay late and move people around since I'll be gone 2 weekends in March. One for training and the other for a memorial service.

February is a very good month for me I work hard so that I can celebrate my b day and wedding anniversity
