First pic is very good especially for your first set

Picture 2 the hair is too long for the clients natural length you shouldn't extend more just past shoulder so if clients hair is 8" then extend another 8" Max both to look natural but mostly because the weight & tension also you can see client has thinning on too which might suggest the rest of her hair is weak/going through change hormonally hence the thinning. I personally feel thinning/older clients hair, hair that's typically weakened isn't best suited to any method other than bonded as the hind size can be reduced to put less stain on the natural hair.

Good job tho Hun well done.

Be good to take pics of sides and front also & step back& take client while standing rather than sitting & get the shoulders & back/front in picture & don't angle the camera down.

Thanks for your advice! Yeah I tried make her have ot shorter but she refused! That's probably why her hair is so thin to start! But I gave her all the necessary advice :)

Yeah thanks I'll try to take more pics next time!

When you carry out a consultation discuss length & explain what length they can have and why...as you do more you will become more confident & direct the customer to what is safe for their hair, what best suits them, what is going to look good on them & promote your work...if you told this customer extending your hair more that to just past your shoulder will cause tension, possible bald patches, pain...she would think twice..just need to coach & educate them a little but as I said you will gain confidence with more experience and get better & better x

This is my first client I did today they may not be as perfect as someone who has been doing them for years but i am quite proud for my first fitting :) I would love any feed back to help me improve :) thanks guys!

Just tips when photographing work, stand client against maybe a plain uninstructed wall/door. Have client look forward when taking first picture and stand back so your not too close

No pictures of sides...that would be good also

The back should be taken with shoulders and back showing and again stand back, also be good to show placement, sections of bonds as what's underneath is also important.

For first set looks great, well done. Good luck

Thank you!! I will keep those tips in mind :)

I cut extensions with my texturising scissors you get more of a softer finish rather than blunt layers x
