I would like to thank you all for taking the time to reply Great suggestions . I have started by trying the Doublebase and liking it so far .

Pump dispenser makes it so easy and there is just a very tiny hint of vanilla smell ( so my husband says ) so that ok

Quick question to those that use it . It says not to rub in vigorously !!

So do I just apply and rub in gently ? - Sorry if that seems dumb

After my shower or bath I just lightly pat myself dry so my skin is still damp then apply cream. I don't vigorously rub in but sort of smooth it over the skin with gentle circular moves. (hope that makes sense.) By the time I've dried hair, applied make up, etc, the cream has dissolved and feels okay to dress.
