If u can't get exact colour get nearest too like mine i have matrix 6rr on my own hair n the closest was 0.33 so I brought them n coloured them down but least when they fade they have a red tone too them only had colour then twice there great ;) n blending the hair line I always buy the bigger grams n razor them through always better to have more in than not enough xxx

Don't blunt cut extensions they look awful, use a razor.
Make sure you don't cut the clients natural hair.

I always got taught not to do extensions on one length hair, make sure the client has layers in. This helped you blend the hair better if it was one length no matter how far up the head you went with the extensions you would always have a heavy weight line with their natural hair.
Hope that makes sense

If your clients has blunt hair like a bob you could gently razor the edges or thin them out to prevent a line. This is not always necessary with all hair textures just the thicker haired clients. Thinning scissors may help if you are scared to use a razor xx

Thanks alot guys really appreciate it!! Xx

Have you got a dolls head? if you have fit some extensions to that and practice blending them.

Cut each side and the back into different styles and try blending each style. Obviously the finished effect won't be the same on each part but you'll be more confident with a client with longer, shorter and bobbed hair x
