Boxed Red Colour

I have a customer who has a build up of red home box dies. I have done a test cutting to see how much lift I can get. I use indola meche which I love but it has only lifted to a real copper colour and not even either. Her hair isnt in brilliant condition which doesnt leave room for colour stripping or bleach bathing in my mind. Are there any other products that may lift this just as highlights. I would rather she grew it out and i started afresh but am open to ideas????

I am not really confident with colour correction. Much prefer nice condiotion hair too.

I would tell my client highlites are not safe for her hair and suggest a lowlite.
