Hi geeks,
If you could give any advice would REALLY appreciate it!
Did a full head of highlights on a new client last week who had very blonde (nice clean white) hair when i dried it i found around the hairline and the parting was slightly brassy but underneath was fine. i toned it but was still brassy.
Im thinking it was my fault as i was using a new bleach and maby the strenght was weaker as i got to the top of the head or it wasnt left on long enough to lift properly.
she is coming back next week to get it fixed has any one any suggestions as the hair is not in the best condition due to bad extensions.

id be so greatful for any help.. i use alfaparf but used to use loreal.

thanks soooo much... Ali x
