Hi there:
I am taking part in a charity pamper event on Sunday. I am thinking if offering file and polish with hand and arm massage, make overs and eye brow shapes as they are fairly quick treatments which don't require electricity or running water.
Although I will be paid for the event I'm also hoping it will give me chance to promote my services as a mobile therapist. I thought I would bring some price lists to hand out. Any ideas of anything else I could bring? Xxx

I have done lots of these events - take some colour pops (nail pops) with all your different colours of polish that you offer, as these look really bright and colourful and attract attention. People like to browse through them and try them out next to their own hands etc.

I would also suggest giving out some discount vouchers - everyone loves a bargain. If you don't have time to get them printed professionally you can just print some yourself at home.

Also take your appointment diary and give an incentive (e.g. 20% off) if they make a booking on the day. Otherwise, you'll get people taking price lists and walking away saying they'll "think about it"...better to secure the booking there and then, before they forget or never get round to it!
