Hi I am thinking of getting some chrome powder . When reading about chrome nails it says apply on black colour gel polish . But my question is can you apply on any colour and still get the shiny effect or must be black ?

The best silver chrome look come from a black base but you can out it over any colour and get that colour chrome....so over blue gives blue chrome, etc. It will be a paler version of the base colour
