Hi geeks, Ok so I am familiar with Loreal Effasor, which I find really harsh.

I have a client that has a build up of dark brown colour, obviously a lovely shade of black on most of it other than about 5 inches of regrowth.

I have read lots on here about Blondi- rae, but am slightly dubious with the possibility of it going dark again and having to repeat the process.

I also am not keen on only being able to use a permanant oxidising colour afterwards. I would ideally like to use a quasi.

So Im using Matrix and wondered if anyone had any advise about their remover, or possibly affinage errasor, fors and againsts?

Any help would be greatly appreciated:)

Matrix colorerase is almost identical to effasor. Eraser can be good but personally I find it usually takes two applications t least! I haven't yet used blondi Rae, is it any good?

Ah thankyou, I had though it was the same as Efassor from the description. Im not a fan of Effasor really but at least it works and you don't have to use permanent afterwards. I may go with that and lots of treatments and aftercare. I havn't used Blondi- rae either. Anyone??

Fantastic, the results shocked me at how good it actually was!! The colour can go a shade darker so I tend to use 20 vol and it stops it in my experience with it

Depends on the condition really, I know what your saying though....
What's your clients aim? Previous colour treatments? I always go a shade or 2 lighter in quasi, blondie rae doesn't really damage the hair though so shouldn't compromise condition too much. xx
