I am making a course for day spa/salon client generation and am trying to figure out the most effective way to distribute this course. I believe more insight on these questions will help.

- How common is a commission setup vs a booth rent setup? I know there are several states in which booth rent is illegal but, outside of those states, is booth rental a common practice? Is it primarily in smaller towns?
- Approximately how much money do salons (or individual stylists - in booth rent scenarios) spend through product distributors? Am I correct in the assumption that booth rental generally implies that stylists are responsible for purchasing all of their own product? Are there booth rent setups where stylists all pitch in on a product or does that over-complicate things?
