HI everyone I'm offering new clients 20% off there first treatment. I have a new client that wants a few treatments on my first visit to her. Should I take 20 % off the whole amount or just off one treatment?

I would give 20% off for the total of the first visit

I give 20% off a clients first treatment and I give it on the total amount.
Just don't encourage them to have too much on the first visit. Save your sales patter on other treatments for the second visit at full price!

I don't give the 20% discount in conjunction with any other offer or package price though

I offer a 20% discount through my website. Clients have to submit an online form with their email details to get the voucher sent to them. I used to do it automatically to anyone on their 1st visit but have done it this way for the last 18months and it's worked out much better for me as at least now I have their email if I want to send out any promotions and it's not costing me as much cos if they don't ask for it they don't get it!

I would just do it on one treatment..

I would do it on the total bill as you're not spending time running between clients, you're all set up anyway, and it's good PR

Thank you everyone..I'm just starting out as mobile. Worked in a salon for a long time so it's all new to me x
