Louisa would you get a seperate certificate then for the practical side of the course as I had a lady ring me a few days ago saying she was level 3 qualified by stonebridge college. I asked for a photo copy of her certificate to be sent as the course she is booked on requires a mani or pedi course so that I have proof she was qualified. Louise how do I stand as a trainer if people have these certificates, I would not think to ask if they had practical training before today as I just assumed a college would have practical training within the course before a certificate is handed out!!!

can i also advise the guild that the open study college actually states 2 days in a salon on thier website under questionas and answers.

I will writing to open study and asking for a refund.

Can i also ask that you send me a letter confirming what the actual position is that way i can send it along with my letter.

I will send you a pm you with all my details.

We will look into this for you and find out whether their is a difference in certificates.

If you are ever in doubt about a Guild accredited course, you can look on our website or give us a call to find out more about what is involved.
