I wish I lived in an ideal world lol. I was trying to point that out. I was saying I make myself available I do have clients I bend over backwards for etc however I just don't allow them to call all the shots.

If they are allowed to mess you around they will do it all the more if you stand up to them and show them that you are running a business and are professional then they are less likely to try to mess you around or they might go else where but me personally would be willing to take this risk.

Just like increasing prices to attract the right clientelle and deter the clients as above iygwim.

you are very very welcome. it very difficult to say no sometimes and I understand how pressurising it can be.

you are back on the right road and in a few weeks will be feeling all sorted again. Just remember you are in charge and by making a few changes, you will see the benefits. xxxxxxx
