I'm not sure if any of you have heard of Kenco Beauty Supplies, but they sell a micromoter drill, and my hand piece started making a high pitch squeal and I have no idea why. I've only taken the best care of it, never dropped it and I've only had it for 2 weeks. I don't really know what to do. I dont know if they'll replace it, but I think I want to go with a smaller drill, but I still want the torque/power and quality.

Any suggestions of what I should do?
Send it back for replacement. It should have a warranty for at least 6 months.

I use my e-file all the time, but I still do some fine finishing with my hand file.

Quick question for you then is.. what is an e-file? I may know what it is, but just by a different name...

Oh god.. electric file... why did it take me so freaking long to figure that one out!?!?!? I must be tired!
