How is it any different with letting any joe bloggs off the street order products to letting someone who holds an account yet has no training use your products????????? To me that is exactly the same!

This is such a very silly argument. You are just simply WRONG.

S2 neither allow joe bloggs nor pros without CND training to purchase pro products. (and if you think the two are the same then we are getting nowhere anyway).

Secondary accounts can only order certain products ... These do NOT include L&P or Brisa Gels. That is how it is.

How can i be wrong, when i know full well i have not had any training with them yet i CAN order l+p from their website!!!!!! I did just upload a post with a copy of my basket which shows powders and a retention+ trial pack but that has not been shown for some reason??

I agree it is a silly argument but i don't know how you can even argue with me when i know exactly what it will let me order!!!! So i don't think it's me that's wrong here, is it?

Hey guys,

Just been told that there is indeed a bug whereby secondary accounts are able to purchase primary products on s2.com and the tech guys are now working on it. I will say that this doesnt mean that just anyone can buy from s2.com as they first must have at least a secondary account meaning that they have had to demonstrate some level of qualification to us at some stage. Anyhoo, the techies should have this resolved shortly.

I walked into my local supplier of YN, Ezflow, Entity and another brand cannot think of it lol....and was able to buy anything I wanted.
It's not good is it?
I actually had to ask if I could have little 1-2-1 with the product I was buying as they were just selling it to me without giving me any info on it...:rolleyes: She did tell me how to use it but I asked her to show me...nothing like seeing it being used in person.

I think the policy S2 has in place is brilliant and should be applied across the board....
and if nothing else this thread has highlighted their little critter in the works which can now be sorted....

and as for the original poster....bless you I bet you wonder what you started :lol::lol:

I definitely think the best thing you can do is ask NSI for a conversion course. I know you are qualified and you use Calgel....but as all products are slightly different it's probably better to see it being used in person rather than having a step by step guide just written in a thread.

Good luck anyway xxxx
