Extensions falling out...

Hey, ive been doing extensions for just over an year now, and its always been fine since about christmas ive had a few clients saying the hair is falling out after just a month, i use foxy extensions but they changed their hair in december saying its now bonded with italian ketarin and its sposed to be better but seems worse. I only do the pre-bonded method.

has anyone else had this problem?? or know any better hair companies i can use about the same price?

Mmmm sounds to me like the bond isnt holding well.
Do you make sure their hair has a clarifying shampoo and is totally clean of any build up before applying?A lot of shampoos contain silicone which i used to find have a massive effect on how well extensions hold.
What are they using at home?Do you offer extension aftercare for them to use?

I did my training course with a different company, which didnt say anything about clarifying shampoo, but i will try this! i give them an aftercare sheet to follow, is 15 bonds falling out after a month normal? what hair do you use? x
