I guess that comes eventually but im still waiting [emoji23] when i do family i am 100% confident coz i know when i make a mistake they wont judge me, i need to get that same confidence for clients. One day! Lol xx

It'll come, I was so nervous with my first non-friend/family client I hardly spoke because I was concentrating so hard! Now I can chatter away - even when using the cuticle nippers ;)

Im confident in the sense i can chat while working, its the after part that makes me nervous lol. A client has paid me for a 2 week gelish and im scared it doesnt last as long as i should and what id say if they chipped or lifted early [emoji23] what should i say? Has it happened to you? What do u say? Xx

I had one client, she had some chipping after only a week. I did the only thing I could think of - offer to redo them for free. She didn't take me up on it but I think she appreciated me taking responsibility for it.

I had a client last week who books in every 3 weeks and she said after a week all her nails broke and she was left with a sort of reverse smile line for 2 weeks. Never contacted me about it and only said about it when she came for her next set. Didn't seem remotely bothered about it which was weird as I would have been pissed off!!! She says it happens when her nails get too long. We kept them shorter this time but I'm praying it doesn't happen again!!! Knocked my confidence a bit. May suggest structure gel or something of it happens again. Not used it before tho X
