Hey everyone please can you give me some advice :)

I am currently trained in micro ring extensions and micro ring weft extensions, shrinkies and prebonded.

I am wanting to learn how to do fusion extensions as i have heard these are the most natural and safest ??

am i right to say that this type of extensions use specially formulated polymer bonding resin ??do you know i can get this from ? is this a posh name for it ?

I was thinking that i want to use good hair that lasts about 7 - 8 months so thought the cheapest option would be to buy good quality weft extensions and cut all the hair off and bond them myself using the fusion method once trained ofcourse ?? as i am not sure where to buy good quality loose hair that lasts along time that i can get a hold of quickly as i normally do about 10 hair fittings a week at the moment doing the other methods and need quick delivery etc.

If anyone could help this would be greatly appreciated thanks xxx

please can anyone help me out :( x

I think its good to offer a range of methods as one method does not suit everyone. Fusion is good for mixing colours unless you can pretip your own hair and mix the hair colours in one bond say for shrinkies or micro rings.

Fusion was the first method I trained in and I like the bond to be as small as I can get it. I sometimes struggle as I am very fussy about how big the bonds are and I want to perfect the smallest bond. I can do a tiny bond when pretipping but I somehow cant get the bonds as small in a fitting as when I am pretippin and this frustrates me. I have rang a few training companies up and asked for information about the fusion methods and a lot of them have said it doesnt really matter about the size of the bond but to me it does.

I have had clients who have come into my salon for fusion removal and the bonds have been like bullets they are horrendous, so until I perfect the tiniest bond that I am happy with I am not taking any more clients on for fusion method. My existing clients thing my bonds are perfect but I want to get them smaller.
