Girls that rent a space in my salon

Hi everyone so I have 6 girls that work in my salon . The way I work it is they fend for them selfs they get there own clients they buy there own products and I don’t advertise the hairdresser in my salon as there compation to me. But the beauty / nails side I do advertise for. So what I want to manly ask is how do other people do it and what are my rights with them working in my salon with the doz and donts ?
