130ml of a good solution !! should do 3 tans thing is when you buy online without a contact number for your equipment supplier, who now dont answer there emails, and offer no training you get what you pay for:confused:
the machine may have been £25 pound cheaper on line but how much is that really going to cost you in lost profits, telephone calls, and dissapointed customers , there is very little profit in kits and distributors like us basically, brake even on kits and training, in hope that we get future solution sales ,
yes you can buy a kit cheaper (£25) but as you have found to your cost there are not keen to help you out when things go wrong

I currently use about 130ml on a full body but i've never over filled it apart from one time i put about 200ml in.

I don't tilt the gun anymore as i thought that could be the problem.

It'd help if they'd reply like, lol. i will ring t'moro as have more tans booked!

How many tans have you done? Has the gun done this ever since you've had it? I can only think that you are putting too much solution in and it's sloshing about too much!
Maybe you should wait until you've had your training and hopefully your trainer can then help with any problems you may have :)

I think its time to cut to the chase here.
1) you should only be using 35/45 ml per tan...and maybe training will sort this out
2) if your having problems with the cup...rather than E mailing your supplier ...give them a call..

Do these two things and I will wager all your problems will be sorted

Steve i didn't pay any cheaper than anywhere is selling it and they do offer training but with a different tanning company.

I had a reply to my email and all is sorted, me using 130ml a tan is my problem not theirs..

All sorted now!

I think the using 135ml problem is maybe i need to alter some of the nobs on my gun..

the one at the back(where the spring is) is nearer tight than anything, id say prob 1 1/2 twists round from tight but when i had it any more than this it would just end up dripping down the client.. cos i first got it tried it on my mum dripped all down her so moved further back did same again so altered it and was fine..but now i'm using more,lol..ive had training just not accredited training but im having my new training before end of this month.xx

oh and yes my gun has always leaked since i got it,lol

If you've not had proper accredited training you shouldn't be spraying client as you're not insured.

When you do have your training you will be shown how to set your gun correctly, how much solution to put in the cup, how far away to spray.....and will get the opportunity to practice properly using a proper technique and spraying routine, all under expert supervision to point out and help you correct any mistakes.....all of this combined will rectify your problems......you may have been better doing what the rest of us have by getting some proper training from the outset.

The thing is you've not had training, you've just sat in whilst someone else has had training. There is a difference. Any problems you have can't be rectified because you have not been trained so you can't go back to the trainer who trained your step-mom and expect them to sort you out.
You're not insured and heaven forbid anything should go wrong, then you could be in trouble.
I don't mean to sound harsh but you really need to get your training sorted first. When you have your training you should take your machine along with you and hopefully your trainer will be able to see what the problem is and can help you with the correct settings for your gun
