Hair loss in post menopausal women

Trying to help a lady in her late 50's who is very concerned with her thinning hair. She would like to visit a specialist in this area for treatment or advice on products. Does anyone have any knowledge of a reputable clinic? Thanks x

Hey you're not far from me, im down the A48 towards Chepstow
I dont know of any nearby clinics, or Trichologists but I do know of a product call Intra Force by Redken. It containls Aminexl, which puts the hair foilicle back in to active growth. Great stuff, used it my self and on many hormone related hair thinning instances!
