Hi guys I had my hair dyed supposedly blonde yesterday from a reddy brown I had on she put full head of bleach on then an ashy colour along with another one mixed together I can't remember as I have a bad memory, anyway I wanted it a honey blonde and it turned out a yellow/brassy blonde like someone put bleach on and left it and it was very uneven, roots were blonde and ends yellow/copper, I told her it was way too bright and she said it will calm down, she charged me £59 for it, I was so upset and annoyed, I know I should have said to her this is unacceptable it looks awful but I took matters in my own hands as i didnt want to set foot in there again and put loreal majirel 9.13 on and it has got to my honey blonde I want. I am a hairdresser but I like having my hair done and wanted a change for someone to do my hair for a change. Now the question is can I put bleach on my roots which is around a base 6-7 and put my 9.13 on after to match my ends. I have a bad memory and usually write things down but didn't this time.

I'd go back and get my money back! As a hairdresser yourself you know thy an awful thing to let a client walk out in happy and still charge them!

But in answer to our question yes, bleach 6% roots then tone with 9.13 3% or 6%, then maybe for last few mins just rub thru to e ends!

Hope this helps you :)!xxxx

have you thought of matrix colour graphics.

well i would go back and ask what they would do....

Also if the colour isnt that bad then i would suggest the so silver shamoo by matrix to conteract the yellow/brassyness, apply for about 5 min and this will hopefully tone the colour xoxo
