Thank you everyone, I am honoured and well chuffed - I think it's been the best birthday wishes ever what with Salon Geek and Facebook combined!
It's been a nice day here too; yes I *did* work for most of the morning and early afternoon, but had a nice snooze after that, and then watched "Marley and Me" downstairs with Sonia (with a running commentary from the Pug), and in the end we went for a take out from the Shalimar curry house (originally we were planning on a trip out to the Albright Hussey Manor Hotel, but they are certainly rather expensive albeit with absolutely gorgeous food too, but I can't really justify the expense at the moment) so I had my usual Sagwalla with garlic fried rice - and a nice garlic naan too - yum yum! Then I cracked open my birthday bottle of Absinthe - wow does that stuff ever taste gorgeous - it's got an aniseedy taste but mellower and more subtle than something like Pernod say...
But it will be back to the grindstone tomorrow LOL - miracles need to be done...
