Help for saving technician's own nail extension!

Hi fellow nail techs,

Wondered if any one had any hints or tips to save there own gel nail extensions from melting. This is happening due to acetone contact ie wiping nails, blending etc. I've tried to make the problem nails slightly thicker, sculpted them, used an extra uv top coat and added a silk wrap to the tip before gelling nothing has helped. Is thier any thing you do to prevent this or a product I could use to save me regularly replacing my dishaped nails.

Try using acetone resistant gloves
