Help with how to do this design

What would be the easiest way to do this statement nail design please?

If it was me, I would do a glitter nail, and then paint the 2 colours on over it x

Colour blocking by waiting until your coloured L&P starts to set then cut a straight line and push your next colour up against it. Difficult to tell from the pic but the silver may be a gel polish over the grey
