Also what about the nail tech who did them....?? are you admitting liability by re-doing them for free...?

Ok, yes it costs me another £xx to re-do them stock wise. It has also cost me 2 hours of staff time, which I would have to had pay client or no client. I didn't necessarily make money, but I didn't lose money either in this case.

I didn't admit liability. I did say that it was very unusual and I had no idea why they had 'fallen off'. It's not something that normally happens, but in any case, we will re-do them for free.

As some-one else mentioned, we wouldn't continue to re-do them for free, but as a new customer to our salon, I think it was only fair to do them as a gesture of goodwill and as I said before, we did happen to have a gap the next day anyway.
