How do I get nail jewellery and rhinestones to stay put?

Hi I'm new to this forum, seems very useful on improving Beauty skills and helping one another out. I've been qualified Beauty Therapist for 5years now.

I have started up my mobile business just this April gone ☺

I'm struggling to keep nail jewellery and stones intact, can anyone give me any tips? X

I've tried Sculpture gel, not sure if I'm applying it correctly.

Ok but what system are you using? Brand name? Hard gel? Acrylic? soak off gel or gel polish? Walk us through your steps that you use to attach.
