How many coats for Shellac pastels?

Hi just wondered how many coats you ladies are having to do on colours like Mint Convertible, Salmon Run, Creekside, Lush Tropics, Honey Darlin...? If you have to apply 3-4 coats does that mean that it could be more prone to peeling? Thx...

I used Blush Teddy on my sister, I had to apply 3 coats max. It didn't peel off but it was a little tough to take off.

I've never had to use anymore than 2 coats on these, 3 coats at a push on some colours but I would never do 4.

Thx...I usually have to apply 3 coats but had a client this week where mint convertible just didn't look solid so ended up with 4 coats [emoji51]

Me too !! Had this yesterday had to do 4 coats !!!! Was wondering if you put a white underneath would it made it look more full ?? Xxxxxxxxxx

I usually apply three coats in those colours and it lasts well
