How to make friends?

Does anybody have any suggestions on how to make friends?
I work in an office a few days and rent a room the rest but I don't have work friends in either place. As i get older I find it harder to click with people. I used to have a fun life and go out and party etc and now I have none of that. I don't have friends or any social life and it's starting to really get me down. Any ideas on how to make some friends before I totally crack?

Totally in the same boat! All my friends (2) [emoji23] are married and have babies so they have no time for me now, I still live with my parents at 23 and live out the way [emoji37] I'm hoping to get a council house in the town nearby soon and set up on my own but this all requires money that I don't have! Xx

I just found with other mums they found out I was a hairdresser and just wanted their hair done or hair advice !! Then expected it at a low price [emoji53]

I have a "friend" I haven't seen since I stopped doing her hair [emoji85]
