I don't get the VAT free deal at Ellisons

trying to order some vinylux from ellisons as its vat free this weekend
And I've put 12 bottles in the cart it comes to £xx turn they give me 0.71 discount
Then vat is 10.06
Delivery is free
Why is there vat on it?
I've been through the checkout to the bit where they want me to pay and it's still on there
I don't want to presume it will be taken off?
Am I missing something?

Check the terms of the vat free offer. I've used it in the past and the Lecenté glitters I ordered weren't included in the offer

The VAT Free excludes anything CND, they're very clever!

I can only assume like others that CND aren't part of the vat free deal. That is often the case!
