If they came straight off they most likely didn't adhere properly to the nails. Did you use just the base coat, or one of their bonders?
Make sure you properly scrub the nails with the dehydrator, and make sure you have enough product on the lint free wipe.
The base coat really needs to be super thin, I usually go back to the bottle to take off excess polish a few times.
My friend had a couple of chips within the first couple of days and then over the course of yesterday and today they peeled off completely. If they came straight off they most likely didn't adhere properly to the nails. Did you use just the base coat, or one of their bonders?

With mine they were good for a couple of days and then the free edge stated to lift at the edges. When I soaked off those nails it all came away easily but the middle of the free edge took a little longer, which suggests that had adhered ok. The same was true of my friends, the middle seemed to have adhered far better than the sides.
I'm just using the base coat and I think I have it thin enough, don't think I can get it any thinner. But I don't think I was dehydrating enough so I made more of an effort with that this time on both of our nails. Fingers crossed.
If that doesn't resolve it would you suggest one of their bonders?
