Is there a free way of making up salon room rental contracts?

Can anyone help? I need contracts for room rental and chair rentals in my new salon. I contacted the ABT as I thought they might do it as I read on here that the NHF do it for hairdressers (and can for Beauty Therapists too), but ABT don't do it.
Is there a way to use a template for a contract without it costing me much money?

They're pretty standard rental agreements so you should be able to find something online or write it yourself
