Keeping receipts, etc. organised?

so I’m starting up my business again and looking to get everything organised as in where to put receipts, client records etc what do you all keep yours in?

I’m a mobile technician so I don’t have anywhere in a salon to keep things

I have a folder which has 12 sleeves inside for receipts for each month and a lockable filing box for consultation forms for clients, it's then gdpr compliant... damn new law!! I'm mobile too

Can I ask where you got the filing box from? I’ve not heard of the new law I will have to read up!!! X

You can get them from ebay, about 20 pounds! Definitely look into the new gdpr compliance it's a big one. If you need to look it All up the guild are doing a course for I think 39 pound plus vat but if you're a member of the guild it's 20 pound off.
You'll have to be compliant by 25th may, if you're not and someone reports you, you can be fined quite a hefty bill. It's an absolute pain in the backside!

It's a little more complicated than that, I really do recommend the guild course it's really informative and helps you write a privacy policy that is compliant with the new regulation
