Does anyone know a nice Koleston pastell color in more the neutral blonde (somewhere neither too cold or too warm blonde) around a 10 or 11 base?

thanks not so familiar with those ones, wanting to do a course in them, a wella course think its time to learn some more10.16 is nice it's a creamy blonde
That's really nice of you to share, I really appreciate it.Koleston 10/96 is a nice colour, slight pink hue to it if you leave it on for full development or just for a few mins will give a nice clean blonde.
I know its a base 9 but Colour touch 9/73 + 9/16 is gorgeous, when it's developing and still wet too it looks quite pink but when it's dry it's a nice beige tone
colour touch 10/0 + 9/16 is a nice colour similar to just 10/16 In koleston with a creamy finish.

You shouldn't need to prepig cause they're only going to darken at most 1 level. 9/73 + 9/16 equal parts it won't go green
