LED curing lamp w/flashing

I am trying to find an LED curing lamp with flashing bulb feature for my more sensitive clients. I heard of one, but can't seem to figure out who makes it. Anyone have any idea?

CND new led lamp flashes at the start for brisa gel and for top coat settings. Hth
